A heater at one of my commercial buildings was malfunctioning. The renter called Alpha Air. They came by, were there 5 minutes total and told the renter to change the air filter and then left. They did not supply the air filter or do anything else. Total charge: $90.10.
Full disclosure - that was the problem. When the renter bought and installed a new air filter the heater worked fine again.

No pressure and no upsales. Just an honest assessment of my system, which turned out to be a jammed motor, which he repaired. They ran diagnostics on the electronics and tested the Freon levels. Thanks for the peace of mind. If it fails, I already know how much it will cost to be replaced.
