Loudly using profanity in front of two children under the age of 10 mind you is atrocious. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is almost laughable. Will never ever be back to this dealership again ever.
Worst Dealership in the world. Service department is nothing more that a bunch of monkeys screwing a football. They've had my Jeep for more than 6 weeks to change a simple modulator. I will take my Jeep back to Texas before I EVER let them work on it again.
Great Experience with the Service department! Jordan went above and beyond while dealing with the company I have my warranty through! He deserves a raise!!! It was refreshing doing business with a company who actually puts the customers best interest first! Quality work at a fair price! A big thanks to Jordan, Gerald and the mechanics!
