This was the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. No exaggeration. It was terrible. Even the condiments were bad. DO NOT EAT THE BUTTER. TERRIBLE. I would give 0 stars but Google won't let me
Ponderosa is my favorite place to eat and I Would rather pick this place over anywhere else in the area. You can always rely in a clean environment and a great staff to treat you to your dinner. Though the prices are a bit steep. You will not find better good anywhere around in the valley. It is also located next to many great shops and stores in the near by shopping mall.
Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Our table was dirty, along with the booth. The waitress watched me clean off mashed potatoes and crumbs from my own table and seat. I paid $18.30 for my self and my three year old to eat less than one plate of food, because the selection was worthless. The best thing they had to offer was the salad bar. Waste of money and time. I do not recommend Ponderosa in Ripley, Wv.
I felt the prices were high in comparison to other similar places. It was not outrageous so no major complaint.
Our Ponderosa in Ripley always have a great selection of food and desserts and it is excellently prepared. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful to. They are always there to take away your dirty plates serve you your drinks and make sure you have a great visit all with a smile.
I was pleased to find this location open. The food is good. The staff are adequate. The buffet is set up well. There a good variety of food. The ice cream and sherbet are great. Don't miss the ice cream and sherbet because it is off in a corner area.
