If you want a hot shower, this location is waiting on a new hot water tank. Showers are Luke warm for now. Michelle credited my shower back to me.
Parking lot isn't very trucker friendly. People that work at McDonald's wasn't happy. Only one person at loves was nice and spoke.
Despite having to wait until the "mechanic" came back from having to do a jump start, and the "tire tech" not being able to answer whether they had my part in stock, the repair was done fairly quickly once the "mechanic" came back. The price was not too bad either. Then this morning I stopped into the fuel lane to get fuel and tire pass, once done fueling, still no one came out to take care of my tire pass. Fuel should have taken 15 minutes. All in all spend 25 minutes with fuel and tire pass. However, Brad and Michelle made up for that issue. I would go back to this location before I'd go to many others.
Pathetic..first the pump didnt work, had to hold up the driver behind me, go in, get the pump approved face to face because the "I" didnt work to abbreviate MI on the pump..the clerk said " oh, pump 19 right?" She also said its been weeks like that..nice..so I pump 300.00 worth of fuel, grab a couple bananas for the road, wait in line and the phone rings..the clerk leaves me standing there to go find "Nicole" cuz shes got a phone call..f...ckin really? Pathetic we pay the kinda prices we do as truck drivers, then apparently the mngrs phone call is more important that serving me..pathetic..or did I already say that?
Nice and clean and food. great place to stop from a long ride through mountain.
Friendly and respectful staff I was only in there for a few minutes real quick but it was enough for me to leave satisfied and happy
