Employees are helpful and friendly but their phones are ALWAYS busy.
It's a small store, yet they will take care of you..take the 1-2 star reviews as grain of salt..this isn't Charleston, its Ripley

I like the way the store is laid out, but the employees are 0 help. The manager has no knowledge about the stores return policy and they act as if helping a customer hurts them. If they ever revamp their staff, this will be a great store due to its awesome location. Till then, I'd make the drive to Charleston Gamestop in Corridor G.
Won't answer the damn phone. Tried to call many different times for different reasons-- Never answered. When they did answer, they had us on hold while going to "check" something and never came back. Beyond annoyed. People in store are friendly though.
Nope. Line stayed busy for hours. Never got in touch with them.
