Only problem I had was when the time came for a refund of overpayment, I kept being put off. It's almost five months later, they have received all payments from all insurances, and I'm still being put off. Very unprofessional billing procedures.

Dr. Black is the best Oral Surgeon. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. They are efficient and professional. I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Black and the girls made me feel extremely comfortable. Definitely 5 stars and would take any of my family members and friends there.

Overall experience was good, staff was pleasant, there were no problems with the surgery other than they wouldn't let my daughter keep her teeth, which she really wanted.
