I was trying to be nice by accommodating them by moving my app. back to 11:30 for them to dismiss me like I was nothing in their Big world. If this was the first incident that would be different, but it's not. POOR SERVICE in any field operating in Ripley seem to go hand I hand. NO MORE!!
Running -10min late for a 11:30 app. call to inform I'm almost there @11:35 only to be argued with that it is 11:45? (Not!) That the hygienist Has to leave for her child's meet @12:30 & another patient will be in. I Was paying these people to care for my teeth (and they are obviously being paid Well by the looks of it!!) and I want someone Rushing?
This is a great place to go. i had two fillings today and everything went great.
