The office staff are always very friendly & helpful, whether on the phone or in person. The mechanics are knowledgeable, professional & my repairs are usually done within an hour to hour and half. Definitely recommend them.
Went in for a standard tire balance & rotate and was told that I had four broken studs. I found that odd because the truck never goes off-road and is garage kept but these things happen, so ok, go ahead and replace them. They didn't have enough in stock so I had to come back a few days later (no big deal). When they're replacing the four broken studs, I'm told that three more broke for a total of seven that I have to pay to have replaced. And on top of that, they didn't have the right lug nuts and had to use ones that were a different size from the ones they installed when they replaced the rims & tires last year. They blamed cheap materials in manufacturing but seven broken studs in one go-around when the truck hasn't had an single wheel related issue in the 5 years it's been on the road? They're good for new tires, but I'll never go there for maintenance again.
Collision Specialists has a tire shop I bought tires from. They are courteous, professional, fast and have very good prices. I don’t trust my car to just anyone. If you go once, you’ll be a repeat customer.
